Krinos Foods is an established brand of imported Greek and Mediterranean foods shelved in grocery stores throughout the US. With a 20+ years-old package design facing tough competition from rival and new challenger brands, they partnered with Ultra to redesign their package for a new generation.

Ultra evolved the package design system, articulated the brand voice and rolled out the new look and feel to 16 SKUs.

With a respectful nod to the previous package design’s artful details, the client sought to craft a modern interpretation with an original Illustration on every package.

The new design brand blocks at shelf and the strong shelf presence draws in consumers inspired by flavors of the Mediterranean. Intrigued consumers who take a closer look are rewarded with inspired copy with origin stories, usage occasions and health benefits.

The brand’s look, feel and personality serve as foundational assets establishing its presence across other touchpoints and future offerings.
