For more than 50 years, Rosedale Center has served as a top-rated shopping destination in Minnesota. Ideally located between Minneapolis and St. Paul, Rosedale attracts more than 10 million visitors annually and has maintained its relevance by being more than a mall, but also a place where the community gathers.
With exciting new restaurants, premiere shops, attractions and a recent renovation of the space, Rosedale was primed to refresh their marketing efforts to better reflect their distinct design aesthetic and clarified messaging. Updates included a new brandmark, tagline and visual vocabulary that could translate to signage, social, ads and a variety of seasonal events.
As creative partners, we helped bring their vision to life by borrowing cues from their beautiful mall renovation and the Scandinavian Chic aesthetic their guests know and love. The new branding served as a beautiful reflection of the Minnesota landscape with its pristine waters, majestic pines, and rugged rocks. The tagline "Way North of Ordinary" resonated with visitors and tenants seeking a more elevated shopping and entertainment experience.
